Refund policy

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition

  • Be returned in their original packaging where possible

  • Not be damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request photographs of the item to help assess the issue.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with New Zealand consumer law. This may include:

  • A replacement

  • A repair

  • A refund

We will cover any reasonable shipping costs associated with approved faulty or incorrect item returns.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless required by law)

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Items marked as non-returnable

How to Request a Return

To request a return, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • Your name

  • Details of the item(s) you wish to return

  • Photos if the item is faulty or damaged

We will provide instructions on how to proceed with your return request.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer protection laws.
